Job Title: HVAC Installer

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems for residential new construction and commercial projects.
• Install ductwork, furnaces, air conditioning systems, rooftop units (RTUs), and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and job specifications to ensure accurate installations.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, local building codes, and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues to ensure proper system performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and other trades.
• Work independently while also collaborating with team members as needed.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC installation experience in residential new construction and/or commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience installing ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and rooftop units.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills

• Commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Experience working on new construction projects.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership experience or the ability to lead by example on job sites.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jamesville, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
