Production TechnicianLinde Inc.Loveland, CO, United States | req31059What you will enjoy doing:Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the air separation facility, including routine operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and product loadingOperate equipment and adjust controls to maintain proper flows, pressures, and product purityMaintain product quality in line with customer requirements and quality standardsMonitor equipment performance (e.g., cooling efficiency, water temperatures, system effectiveness)Read and interpret P&IDs and control logic diagramsFollow all company procedures, safety standards, and technical guidelinesTroubleshoot issues in the fill zone and backup systemsPerform cooling tower water testing and make necessary adjustmentsMaintain facility buildings, grounds, and related equipmentTrain and mentor new employees as neededOversee and communicate contractor activities when requiredSupport preventive and corrective maintenance with maintenance teamsComplete required training and on-the-job training within timelinesUse computer systems and Microsoft Office applications for daily tasksPerform duties in outdoor environments and varying weather conditionsWhat makes you great:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or apprenticeship in a related field preferredExperience in continuous chemical or industrial operations is preferredSelf-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectivelyStrong commitment to safety and housekeeping standardsProficient in basic computer and technical skillsWillingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as neededStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsValid driver's license requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs/ladders, work in confined spaces, and wear required PPEWhy you will love working with us:Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
