Job Summary FOX Entertainment is seeking a Research Analyst to lead audience insight initiatives for multiple FOX series. The Analyst will own the awareness tracking process, synthesize competitive and marketing insights, and serve as the primary contact for view‑feedback data. The candidate must attend the workplace on-site for a minimum of four days per week. Responsibilities Collect and analyze viewer feedback on shows periodically via qualitative/quantitative surveys and focus groups. Conduct research on prospective and upcoming FOX series via quantitative concept tests and focus groups to gauge audience interest and improvement areas. Synthesize findings into actionable insights for Programming (Alternative, Comedy, and Drama) and Marketing (Strategy and On‑air Promo) via written memos and/or PowerPoint presentations. Oversee awareness tracking of upcoming series, maintain internal tracking documents, input data, and analyze week‑to‑week and season‑to‑season trends. Write and distribute a weekly memo company‑wide summarizing title awareness, intent to view, and network linkage indicators. Test promo spots via quantitative surveys and/or focus groups to gauge effectiveness and recommend on‑air promos. Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations summarizing the strongest testing promos and their most appealing aspects. Take ownership of assigned FOX shows, stay current on content, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of media and consumer trends. Execute a quarterly consumer trends document. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in television research for a senior analyst role. Superior qualitative analysis aptitude and ability to synthesize viewer feedback. Strong written and verbal communication, analytical writing, and proactive problem‑solving skills. Strong research and attention‑to‑detail capabilities. Presentation skills for sharing research findings via PowerPoint with team members and executives. Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining high organizational standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and communication tools such as Zoom and Slack. Passion for the entertainment industry, resourcefulness, and self‑starter attitude. Strong math/statistics skills. Bachelor’s degree (required). Nice to Have Additional experience in television or media research. Advanced statistical or data analysis coursework. Benefits & Compensation Pay rate/range: $28.75 – $30.00 per hour, dependent on education, skills, experience, and location.
