Job TitleJob DescriptionDirect the activities necessary to ensure the successful completion of planning, development, and implementation of new and existing episode payment models.Implement and manage existing episode-based payment models and demonstrations that test innovative healthcare payment and delivery approaches to examine implications for Medicare and/or Medicaid policy and regulations.Lead and manage the development of comprehensive health care and payment policies for new models, including developing alternative payment methodologies, writing requests for applications, and working with stakeholders on model feedback.Represent the Director at meetings, on task forces, and working groups, internally and externally, as needed, and assemble and direct teams or task forces for the duration of special assignments or projects.
