CaregiverPRN | Days or EveningsPay: $19/hrMasonic Village at Lafayette Hill is hiring an In-Home Caregiver. This is a PRN opportunity.With over 145 years of providing award-winning care and services across the state of PA, Masonic Villages is driven by our Mission of Love to assist individuals in realizing their potential and enjoying the highest possible quality of life.What You Need as an In-Home Caregiver:High school diploma or equivalency preferred, but not essential.Successful completion of a criminal background check.Sincere interest in working with the elderly.Satisfactorily completes orientation training.Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License preferred.As an In-Home Caregiver, you will carry out our Mission of Love by performing various in-home caregiver tasks and companion services to residents in their homes. Provides non-professional services and assistance.Our In-Home Caregiver is responsible for the following:Shows dependability and engages in scheduling process to ensure that client needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.Assist clients in completing tasks as outlined by their service plan, demonstrating the ability to assure needs are met in a safe, appropriate manner according to Masonic Village policies as well as OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations.Demonstrates the ability to assist clients with in-home caregiver tasks, companion, and non-professional care and services according to Masonic Village policies and procedures.Accurately documents client information and services delivered according to the established service plan and Masonic Village policies and procedures.Observes and communicates changes in client/resident condition according to notification guidelines.Maintains confidentiality of privileged information, discussing, and releasing information only to those who are authorized.Why Choose Masonic Villages:Each campus is supported by corporate leaders who are fully invested in our Mission of Love and hiring like-minded individuals who are committed to providing heartfelt customer service and contributing to our team environment.
