1st Shift Quality Control Inspector Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

1. Rejects products and materials not meeting specifications

2. Performs audits on incoming, in process, and final products

3. Analyzes and interprets blueprints, data, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment and certification methods, formulas, and measuring instruments required

4. Inspects, tests, or measures materials, products, installations, and works for conformance to specifications

5. Discusses inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommends necessary corrective action

6. Records inspection or test data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, or moisture content, and qualities inspected or graded

7. Observes and monitors production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments

8. Hand tools, such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers

9. Analyzes test data and makes computations as necessary

1st Shift Quality Control Inspector Qualifications:

• Balance, bend/stoop, climb/crawl, lift/carry 15-50+, grasp, feel, kneel, work overhead, stand, walk, pull hand over hand, push, reach above shoulders, repetitive motion
• Must pass aptitude testing

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
