The role supports shore excursions, private arrangements, and destination services, ensuring seamless, bespoke experiences ashore while maintaining Silversea’s six-star service standards and high guest satisfaction levels.

Deliver highly personalized, luxury shore-side services to Silversea guests.; Support shore excursions, private arrangements, and destination services.; Ensure seamless, bespoke experiences ashore while maintaining Silversea’s six-star service standards and high guest satisfaction levels.; Qualifications

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or shore excursions (shipboard preferred).; Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.; Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Fidelio Cruise, and MXP systems.; Fluent English required; additional languages highly valued (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin).; Excellent interpersonal skills, polished appearance, and a luxury-mindset approach to service.; Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing port operations.; Valid passport and C1/D visa (or eligibility) preferred.;
