Job DescriptionParker Plastics | Full-Time | Safety-Sensitive PositionIs this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.Shift: 1st Shift 7am to 306pm or 2nd Shift 3pm to 1106pmParker Plastics is a stable manufacturing company with over 30 years of success, and we're hiring dependable and trustworthy Production Supervisor to join our team.Pay & BenefitsFull-time, 8-hour shiftsTemperature-controlled work environment401(k) with company matchAnnual profit sharingPaid holidays starting immediatelyPaid vacationMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid disability and life insuranceTuition assistanceAs a Material Handler, you'll play a critical role in maintaining efficient production flow, supporting food safety and quality standards, and helping deliver products our customers can rely on.What You'll DoOperate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.Stage and deliver raw materials such as resin, boxes, bags, pallets, and packaging supplies to production areas.Verify and manage inventory tags and product identification documentation.Prepare finished goods for warehouse storage and shipment.Return unused raw materials to inventory following established procedures.Assist with machine cleaning, material changeovers, and production line support.Clear line jams and support downstream production equipment.Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in accordance with food safety and third-party audit requirements.Support employee safety and food safety initiatives as assigned.Collaborate with production team members and assist where needed to meet operational goals.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsAbility to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.Willingness to obtain forklift certification.Preferred TraitsStrong work ethic and dependable attendance.Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others.Ability to multitask and adapt to changing production priorities.Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.Physical RequirementsThis position requires frequent physical activity, including:Standing and walking for extended periods.Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials throughout the shift.Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and reaching.Lifting up to 50 pounds overhead occasionally and 45 pounds frequently.Ability to visually inspect products and identify defects. xhyhwjd Working around moving equipment and manufacturing machinery.Powered by JazzHRXufHeKRPQa
