Primary Duties:

Supervise activities such as cleaning, picking, packing, repairing, processing, and staging rental inventory to ensure adherence to company standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Organize and direct staff schedules, assign tasks, and oversee team members to meet warehouse, cross-dock, and transportation goals.

Track staffing levels, workflow efficiency, labor usage, and operational resources to fulfill customer requirements within budget constraints.

Mentor, train, and develop team members while ensuring safety protocols, quality standards, attendance, and productivity are maintained.

Manage daily routes and oversee inbound and outbound transportation operations to guarantee safe, efficient, and punctual deliveries and pickups.

Ensure all operations comply with company policies, as well as DOT, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.

Review driver documentation, routing plans, and transportation records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Facilitate daily transportation and cross-dock meetings, communicating operational priorities, updates, and issues.

Troubleshoot operational challenges and collaborate with customer service and other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.

Oversee yard activities, including trailer movements, vehicle staging, equipment use, and material handling processes.

Assist with overall facility operations, maintenance, and housekeeping activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.

An associate degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

At least 3 years of supervisory experience within warehousing, logistics, transportation, or distribution environments.

Proven ability to manage staff in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.

Experience in transportation planning, routing, cross-dock operations, or distribution is highly desirable.

Demonstrates a hands-on leadership approach with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
