The expansion of Primary Care Services in Oak Lawn is a key part of Rush's mission to deliver top-tier care and excellent patient outcomes across the Chicago area and Northwest Indiana. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Collaborate with nursing staff and support team. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records. Contribute to practice growth during our expansion phase. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution. Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign‑on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances.
