What You Bring

• With or without experience are welcome
• Experience or willingness to upskill with gait belt, bed mobility, and assistive devices
• Alzheimer's and Dementia trained within the last 12 months is preferred
• Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with car insurance
• With a negative Tuberculosis test
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families
• Patient, reliable, and culturally sensitive, with a strong commitment to preserving client dignity and independence

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist your client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned, including, but not limited to, bathing, dressing, personal care, and physical and emotional support
• Build a positive relationship with your client by taking part in engaging conversations and participating in your client's favorite hobbies
• Be able to perform light housekeeping, cook, and run errands as needed
• Provide individualized care as detailed in the care plan
• Have the ability to remain calm and collected during emergencies
• Be able to communicate with the office regarding any client changes to the office
