Offering a daytime-only schedule with no nights or call, allowing physicians to focus on high-quality inpatient care while enjoying an exceptional work-life balance near beaches, waterfront attractions, and vibrant coastal lifestyle.

Practice details include:

• Pulmonary intensivist role with a physician-led, not-for-profit health system
• Days only schedule with no nights and no call responsibilities
• 7-on/7-off
• New hospital opening in 2026 with an 8-bed ICU and 60+ inpatient beds
• ICU coverage supported by 24/7 tele-ICU services
• Inpatient pulmonary consults plus access to an on-site bronchoscopy suite
• Employed position with comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, CME, and relocation assistance
• EPIC EMR system-wide across the health network
• Located in the Wilmington coastal region with easy access to beaches, boating, fishing, and waterfront dining
• Approximately 20 minutes from an International Airport and within a few hours of Raleigh and Myrtle Beach
