Allegiance Group is partnering with a well-established commercial and industrial General Contractor based in Long Island to find an experienced Project Manager.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating clients, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements.
• Oversee bidding, procurement, subcontractor contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and risks, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear, accurate progress updates to key stakeholders.
• Work closely with site teams to ensure projects meet safety requirements, contractual obligations, and quality expectations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial and/or industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Proven experience coordinating project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
