Park Dental is seeking a passionate, patient-focused General Dentist to join our team as a West Metro Area Float Dentist , providing care across multiple established practices throughout Minnesota.

Starting Compensation: $155,000 - $200,000 annually, with incentive opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based dental care with a patient-first approach
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and support teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
