Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Fort Worth (Carter), TX Outpatient Full Time Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience and internal equity. Salary Range: $80,080.00- $108,804.80 BSW Fort Worth Carter is seeking a full time Physical Therapist with a passion for treating a variety of general orthopedic and oncology diagnoses, including lymphedema. Our multi-disciplinary clinic offers PT, OT, and ST in an environment that encourages teamwork and clinician development. The ideal candidate will be a flexible self-starter, team player with excellent communication skills to facilitate interactions with vendors and referral sources. Outpatient ortho experience required, lymphedema experience and/or certification strongly preferred.

ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people affected by cancer. Our network of 900+ specially trained, multidisciplinary therapists work closely with oncologists and people affected by cancer to create personalized rehabilitation plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
• Complete and maintain required trainings
• Maintain compliance with government regulations
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapy State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR required
• Outpatient orthopedic experience (student rotations considered)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience
• Lymphedema experience and/or certification (student rotations considered)
