Human Resources Manager

This is a newly created with our client, a hands-on HR role where you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day HR function and build out processes that will make a real impact. The role will focus heavily on recruiting and hiring, benefits, onboarding, employee records, employee relations, payroll support, and assisting with insurance and workers’ compensation matters. They’re particularly interested in someone who enjoys recruiting for hourly or skilled-trade positions and is comfortable being the person employees and managers turn to for HR support.
