Aftermarket Sales-Tech Support Job Title: Aftermarket Sales Reports To: Business Development Manager Direct Reports: None Compensation Status: Salary and Commission Employment Status: Full Time (45 hours per week) SUMMARY This position involves helping existing and potential customers by providing world‑class customer service. Prompt responsiveness coupled with proper recommendations for field service and/or aftermarket components should result in profitable bookings for MWW and continued sales growth. This is primarily an inside sales position, however occasionally some outside customer interface may be required. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and present quotations to customers. Generate sales from incoming calls or leads for MW Watermark products and services. Field technical support calls from customers and sales representatives. Work with shop personnel and management to develop ideas for improving existing, and developing new, products and procedures. Work with Marketing Department to create and support marketing programs. Promote and contribute to a continuous improvement culture. If needed occasionally, travel to job sites to assist in troubleshooting equipment, training personnel, providing installation supervision or any other on‑site requirements. Other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Associates Degree or higher preferred. Working knowledge of basic mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, etc. preferred. Ability to read and understand production and assembly drawings and schematics. Sales, service, and marketing experience preferred. Experience in the Water & Wastewater field is highly desirable. Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and other MS applications. Must be organized and able to perform in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. WORKING CONDITIONS Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Occasionally work will be done on the production floor which requires the use of safety equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, steel‑toe work boots, and hard hats.
