Director, Program Management, Neuroscience

Director-level program management role supporting early to late-stage neuroscience assets at Bristol Myers Squibb. Acts as strategic partner to Global Program Lead, overseeing integrated development strategy execution, cross-functional timelines, and risk management across multiple indications.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Program Lead to establish and execute integrated development strategy and target product profile
- Lead cross-functional PM teams to create integrated timelines with scenario planning and risk management
- Monitor budget and resource health for assigned assets; advocate for required resources
- Conduct risk management activities including risk identification, mitigation strategies, and escalation
- May directly manage program management team members aligned to asset indications
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD) in life sciences or related discipline
- 12+ years industry experience with 10+ years direct drug development program management
- Experience across research and development phases including global regulatory submissions
- Proven matrix leadership with demonstrated executive presence and stakeholder influence
- Expertise in PM methodologies: planning, control, risk management, stakeholder management
- Ability to manage interdependencies across therapeutic areas, functions, and geographies
- PMP certification desirable
Compensation: $193,980–$235,056 (Princeton, NJ); $217,250–$263,258 (Brisbane, CA and Cambridge, MA)
