Piper Maddox is partnered with a high-growth financial services platform working at the intersection of infrastructure finance and technology. The business is taking a different approach to how complex transactions are executed, bringing together financial expertise and innovative technology to improve the way deals get done.

This is a great opportunity for an investment banker looking to step outside the traditional banking environment, take on more ownership, and work directly on complex transactions. You'll have exposure to senior stakeholders, real responsibility across the full deal lifecycle, and the chance to help build and grow a business that is doing things differently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex transactions from initial evaluation and structuring through due diligence, execution, and closing.
• Build and analyze financial models and capital structures to evaluate investment opportunities and support transaction decisions.
• Manage client relationships and transaction workstreams, coordinating with investors, developers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Take ownership of deal execution while helping develop and improve internal processes and transaction workflows.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and execution of infrastructure financing.
• Operate with significant autonomy and contribute to the growth and development of the platform.

What We're Looking For

• Senior Associate-level investment banking professional with experience in infrastructure, power and utilities, energy transition, or project finance.
• Strong track record of live transaction execution and advanced financial modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, lead workstreams, and drive transactions forward independently.
• Strong commercial judgment, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. xhyhwjd
• FINRA Series 63 and 79, or Series 7, preferred.
