The Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Licensed Therapist at The Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center to provide comprehensive, trauma‑responsive programming for at‑risk young females. We will provide a safe, supportive environment where young women can rebuild their lives and develop the skills necessary for a successful future. Our goal is to empower these young women to grow into resilient adults through academic, vocational, and emotional development. Salary: $65,000 annually; can increase based on education and years of experience. Bonus: 1,000‑dollar bonus upon completion of Essential Skills. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy for students under care. Conduct clinical assessments, develop service plans, provide counseling, case‑manage, and maintain records. Coordinate services with a multi‑disciplinary team to implement treatment plans. Document and assess intervention effectiveness to meet treatment objectives. Offer crisis intervention as necessary. Produce monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries for all students. Qualifications Arkansas license as an LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT. Master’s Degree in a relevant field. At least 21 years of age. Pass criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test. Pass child and adult abuse registry search. Active driver’s license and meet ROP eligibility as a driver. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Core Competencies Dedicated – Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity.
