What You'll Do:
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of outside sales representatives.
Build and execute a district business plan that drives profitable growth.
Lead with accountability, integrity, and clear expectations.
Use sales metrics and business insights to make strategic decisions.
Conduct regular field coaching, ride-alongs, and performance reviews.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and execution.
