We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at State Farm- Alex Vogt Agency!
Responsibilities:
- Run appointments with prospects and current customers
- Prospect and solicit provided leads
- Grow referral channels in the community
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
