Pediatric Speech Pathology - Aromas, CA

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.-ideal for professionals seeking a short-term role that offers both flexibility and the chance to work directly with pediatric populations.


Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license in the state of California
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language services, ideally within a school setting
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize each student's learning opportunities
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress throughout the ESY session
• Collaborate with educators and caregivers to create supportive, language-rich classroom environments
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students
