Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Professional role based in Central, IL, with a mix of on-site customer visits and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Professional will identify and qualify prospects, conduct discovery meetings, and present tailored solutions in print technology and document management. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotes, negotiating contracts, and closing new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role involves collaborating with technical and service teams to ensure successful solution implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction. The Sales Professional will also track activities in a CRM system, meet or exceed sales targets, and stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in consultative selling, prospecting, and account management, with a focus on solution-based sales. Ability to understand and explain print technology, document workflows, and related software solutions in clear business terms. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to engage decision-makers at various organizational levels. Competence in using CRM tools, productivity software, and online collaboration platforms to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments; experience in technology, print, or AEC-related industries is beneficial. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize tasks in a hybrid work setting. Comfort with local travel in Central, IL for client visits and events; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as required. High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, with readiness to learn CityBlue’s portfolio and align solutions to client needs.
