Job Description Generator Supercenter is looking for a dual position results‑driven Inside Sales / Receptionist to work in our main call center, front office, actively seeking out customers and engaging with our customer prospects. For this dual position you should be organized, responsible, and professional. Dress business casual, have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and be a people person. You should have a basic understanding of computer software and experience handling customer inquiries. Duties include answering, directing, transferring or forwarding telephone calls, performing miscellaneous clerical tasks, and helping keep main areas tidy. You will also assist the office staff with organizing sales files, preparing potential customer questionnaires, and generally keeping the visitor areas running smoothly. Position Tasks & Responsibilities Inside Sales Develop new sales opportunities using outbound lists from various CRM systems, emails, and lead follow‑ups. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities. Maintain proper phone etiquette. Answer customers’ questions, resolve concerns, and provide additional information via calls and emails. Explain and demonstrate the functions and features of products and services. Maintain and improve the database of prospects and research new leads. Keep up to date with product and service information and competitor offers. Provide excellent customer service skills and computer literacy. Handle a high volume of calls. Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Work Monday – Friday, from 8–5 or 9–6, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Competitive pay: hourly plus commission D.O.E. Availability for growth. Receptionist Notify personnel of waiting guests or visitors when necessary. Update office‑wide calendars and spreadsheets when needed. Help manage office supply inventory. Check for incoming mail at the box twice daily (morning and afternoon). Help sales team maintain or update sales files. Update existing customer information. Document incoming calls and information as needed. Maintain reception, conference room, kitchen, and bathroom areas clean and presentable. Competencies & Requirements Highly motivated and target‑driven. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills; be attentive to details. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.). Greet and welcome visitors. Good customer service; be a friendly people person. Listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Good judgment, adaptability, and teamwork. Stress tolerance and resilience. Multi‑tasker – able to perform various alternate duties as needed.
