Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to enhance our outpatient team. Our team addresses a wide variety of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative issues, gait and balance challenges, as well as sports-related injuries. You can choose to maintain a general caseload or focus on specific areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, or concussion management, allowing you to pursue your clinical passions while delivering personalized, patient-focused care.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess and treat a varied outpatient physical therapy caseload.
• Create tailored, evidence-based care plans that align with patient needs and objectives.
• Handle an average of around 50 patient visits weekly while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered treatment.
• Utilize Raintree EMR for clinical documentation and workflow management.
• Leverage AI Scribe technology to enhance documentation efficiency and minimize administrative tasks.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, functional training, manual techniques, patient education, and other relevant physical therapy interventions.
• Track patient progress and modify care plans to promote favorable clinical outcomes.
• Work in partnership with referring providers, fellow clinicians, and support staff to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Possession of an active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning abilities.
• Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
