Clinical Program Manager RN - Command Center

$62.9 - $99.31 per hour

Description The Clinical Program Manager, RN is responsible for using evidence, technology, and internal and external constituent feedback to evaluate, plan, develop, operationalize future department and organizational needs, and evaluate a wide variety of clinical and department activities, programs, and initiatives. This role will lead and serve as an expert resource while working collaboratively with stakeholders from the system, divisions, regions, hospitals, clinical departments, and external colleagues to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of each component of the program. It will seek wide representation to collectively create, implement, and evaluate the processes necessary on an ongoing basis to reach effective clinical and programmatic quality outcomes. The role will oversee effective compliance with regulatory, human resources, and other organizational requirements. Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and develop programs and initiatives across the organization. Operationalize future departmental and organizational needs using evidence and technology. Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of program components. Create, implement, and evaluate processes to achieve clinical and programmatic quality outcomes. Oversee compliance with regulatory, human resources, and other organizational requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. If the bachelor’s degree is not in Nursing, then the master’s degree must be in Nursing. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Candidates must provide proof of driver license and auto insurance as required by state laws. 3 years of leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing, Education, or closely related field (degree earned or actively in process). Coursework or training in additional educational academic experience if Master’s degree does not have an educational focus. 5 years of experience in nursing education, including program planning and execution. 5 years of experience in large, complex program management roles, preferably within a healthcare setting. Benefits Base pay range: $62.90 - $99.31 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
