The position involves developing innovative tools and resources to improve efficiency and consistency for our client’s Funds practice.

Funds Innovation & Knowledge Management Attorney Responsibilities:

• Create and update reference materials and library resources related to fund formation, negotiations, and operations.

• Refresh and maintain model legal documents, offering templates and checklists for fund and secondary transactions.
\n
• Standardize workflows for key processes to ensure consistency across fund activities.
\n
• Identify and pilot AI and legal technology solutions to enhance document generation and compliance workflows.
\n
• Lead the adoption of new tools by developing training materials, tracking usage, and reporting on outcomes.
\n

Funds Innovation & Knowledge Management Attorney Qualifications:

• J.D. degree with active Illinois bar admission.
\n
• Over four years of relevant experience, ideally in private funds, investment management, or related transactional work.
\n
• Experience with fund formation, investor negotiations, side letters, and regulatory filings preferred.
\n
• Ability to collaborate with senior attorneys on process design and knowledge management initiatives.

• Strong project management, analytical, and drafting skills with sound judgment in a team setting.
