Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities, mobility, and rehabilitation requirements. Design and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, incorporating techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises. Administer therapy programs focusing on functional restoration, pain relief, and achieving measurable rehabilitation goals. Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment processes, recovery strategies, and injury prevention techniques, fostering a proactive approach to health. Maintain meticulous records using Raintree software, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and facilitating seamless communication among the healthcare team. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible care. Patient Population / Client Focus This role primarily focuses on outpatient orthopedic patients, including individuals recovering from surgical interventions, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will work closely with patients of all ages, providing compassionate care that meets their specific rehabilitation needs. Your contributions are vital in guiding them toward regaining strength, mobility, and confidence in their daily activities. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in outpatient care. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and patient interaction. Passion for helping patients and commitment to professional integrity and continuous learning. Preferred Experience Previous experience in an orthopedic therapy environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with advanced therapeutic technologies and modalities. A strong understanding of evidence-based practice and treatment methodologies. Experience working with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Raintree. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
