- Hourly Rate: $159.46/hour
- Pay Package: Competitive pay plus weekly direct deposit

- Provide inpatient pain management care for pediatric patients recovering from surgery
- Manage complex cases including cancer pain, sickle cell, and critically ill children
- Administer and oversee pain procedures such as epidurals and PCA management
- Assess patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with attending MD and charge APRNs
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
- Support patients in critical condition and those weaning from sedatives
- Work primarily weekend daytime or night shifts, including blocked shifts as scheduled
- Valid MA State Nurse Practitioner License
- Certification as a Pediatric NP or Pediatric Acute Care NP with relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years pediatric inpatient experience
- BLS and PALS certification (additional certifications preferred)
- Strong assessment skills, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to start promptly with credentialing completed within 60 days
