Program ManagerWe are looking for a Program Manager to ensure successful and timely execution of technical programs across multiple teams in multiple geo-locations and throughout the full system development life cycle.LocationRemote – this position is 100% Remote anywhere in the Western or Central Time Zone, with travel requirementsWhat you will be doing:Overall coordination of complex integration/deployment projectsDefining activities and required resourcesEstimation and tracking of the effortsDetailed schedule preparation and follow-upTracking of the project status and reportingTracking of technical issuesCommunication with internal and external stakeholders for project issuesWhat you should have:Education: Bachelor in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent;5+ years of experience in a similar roleDeep knowledge in Project Management and PMI standardsAbility to organize own time, meet deadlines and targets, time managementStrong negotiations skills in both technical and commercial areasLanguage – English at advanced level / Another European language is a plusUnderstanding of networking systems hardware and software design is a plusConfirmed PM experience in telecom customer's projects 2-3years or Service delivery manager experience > 5 yearsEngineer background in telecom area (DataCom, Core, Radio, Transport network, IT, Quality Assurance and so on), this can be a starting point of candidate careerVery welcome PMP, PMI, ITIL, Agile or other certification as well as professional ones CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or similar from other vendorsTravelThis position requires frequent travel of 25-50%Pay & BenefitsFor this role, the estimated base salary range is between $80,000 - $100,000.
