Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Pine City, MN Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Sick Leave Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours) Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce quality parts. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine attachments as required. Perform first-piece inspections and verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments. Monitor machine performance, adjust offsets as needed, and maintain quality and production standards. Qualifications Previous CNC setup and machining experience required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
