Caregiver / Home Health Aide

Location Lake Ariel, PA (18436) serving Lackawanna, Wayne, and/or Luzerne Counties. What to Expect $14-$15 per hour 1:1 Aide-to-client ratio Variety of hours offered weekdays and weekends (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift) Health Insurance (maintain 30 hours per week), Weekly Pay, Direct Deposit, Referral Bonuses, local team support Online training and CEUs Responsibilities Provide personal care and support to seniors so they can live safely at home. Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship. Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises. Provide medication reminders and document client condition; notify supervisor of any concerns. Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways. Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Six (6) months of personal care experience in a similar role CPR certification Valid PA driver’s license and transportation Compassionate and helpful nature, good communicator, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
