Must-Have:
- Must provide a copy of out of state driver's license during presentation.
- Must be available to work every week of the month.
- Must have a clean background, including any clinical, legal, or pending cases.
- Must provide 24 months of case logs within 5 days of being approved for credentialing.
- Must have active out of state driver's license submitted with presentation.
- Must have 10 or fewer affiliations.
- Candidates' home address must not be in the state of Florida.


Description:
Full-time position available for out of state candidates only.
Catered meals are provided to all providers daily.
Active Florida license is highly preferred.
Candidates needing to apply for a Florida compact license will be accepted, but proof of application must be submitted once provider is approved for credentialing.
A clinical call with the Chief CRNA and Clinical Leadership at the site is required for approval.
Physician will have the chance on the clinical call to ask any additional questions that are not indicated or answered in this job order.
The practice involves general surgery, orthopedics, GI, robotics, OB, radiology, endoscopy, eyes, plastics, ENT, and neuro cases, with no trauma involvement.
Dedicated cardiac team is available for heart cases.
Care team model involves 80/20 supervision with a mix of CRNAs and MDs.
The average monthly case volume is between 1150-1200, including an average of 200 OB deliveries per month.
Beeper call is required, with specific hours outlined for on-call duties.
Final step of credentialing includes a phone interview for privileges with hospital management.
This position demands flexibility and commitment to service excellence.
