Job Opportunity: Medical Office Receptionist

Are you an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented professional who loves helping others? We are seeking a Medical Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face and efficient multitasker at our busy medical office.
What You'll Do
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. - Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations. - Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information and exceptional service. - Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying insurance and processing payments. - Maintain and organize patient records with confidentiality and accuracy. - Support the office team with administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
What We're Looking For
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. - Proficiency with office technology, including scheduling software and electronic medical records (experience preferred). - A positive, professional attitude and a passion for patient care.
