You will be the first point of contact for customers, sparking conversations, qualifying interest, and setting high-quality appointments for our Comfort Consultant sales team. This is a performance-driven role that requires enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help customers improve their homes.Retail Sales Lead Generator Key Responsibilities:Engage customers inside retail locations to start conversations and build interest in our servicesQualify prospects by asking key questions and identifying needsSchedule in-home sales and service appointments for our Comfort ConsultantsMeet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation and appointment-setting targetsFollow company scripts, guidelines, and compliance requirementsAlways represent HL Bowman and our retail partners with professionalismParticipate in regular training, role-playing, and coaching sessionsTrack and record customer interactions and appointments in CRM toolsAssist with in-store promotions, associate relationship building, seasonal events, and brand awareness activitiesMaintain a clean, professional display area and follow all retail store protocolsRetail Sales Lead Generator Qualifications:2+ years of experience in customer service, field canvassing, retail sales, lead generation, or promotions requiredOutgoing personality with the ability to initiate conversations with strangersComfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environmentProven ability to meet performance goals in a metrics-driven roleBasic computer skills for data entry and appointment schedulingReliable transportation to travel to assigned retail locationsAbility to work retail store hours, including weekends and some eveningsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredKnowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or home services a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferredRetail Sales Lead Generator Interpersonal Qualifications:Friendly, approachable, and customer-focusedSelf-motivated with a proactive attitudeAble to handle rejection and keep a positive outlookHigh level of integrity and professionalism in representing our brandAbout The Company: Since 1946, HL Bowman has remained a family-owned business.
