Registered Nurse

Overview Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide person-centered clinical care in our long-term and post-acute facility. The RN will assess residents, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing monitoring Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on resident care and discharge planning Supervise and mentor CNAs and other support staff Document all care, observations, and changes in resident condition accurately and timely Educate residents and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care Promote infection control, safety, and quality improvement initiatives Respond to emergencies and perform basic life support as needed Uphold resident rights, dignity, and person-centered care principles Wound care management IV therapy Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation Infection prevention and control Supervision of nursing assistants Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Qualifications Active RN license in state of practice BLS (Basic Life Support) certification ACLS preferred Geriatric or long-term care experience preferred IV therapy certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
