We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.Job Summary:We are seeking a Staff Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team to support financial analysis, forecasting, and enhance financial reporting systems to improve company’s financial performance. This position will work closely with cross-functional accounting teams and finance leadership to help translate complex data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate is adaptable, analytical, and comfortable operating in an evolving environment where priorities may shift based on business needs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support FP&A strategic planning, annual operating plan, quarterly business reviews, and monthly close and forecastDetail reporting and analysis of revenue and margins by customer and productPartner with two senior FP&A team members to complete FP&A reporting packagesComplete quarterly earnings reports in support of accounting closeEffectively communicate information through presentationStandardize recurring analysis and reporting to reinforce the cycle of plan, execute, report, and measure.Drive continuous improvement in processes and business analyticsAd hoc projects, analysis and financial modeling to support key business decisionsProvide management with insightful decision-making support and drive executive level and ad hoc financial analysis as required. Create an environment to enable informed decisions.Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management (CFA/MBA a plus).12+ years of relevant finance experience.Excellent and proactive communicatorProven process and systems improvement experienceKnowledge of financial planning and business intelligence tools including ability to improve financial systems. Experience with SAP preferred.Ability to work in ambiguous situation and effectively lead to a resolutionDemonstrated understanding of financial modeling and GAAPPassionate, positive attitude, and team spiritSalary Range$155,000 - $180,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
