Overview
We are seeking a skilled MIG and TIG Welder to join our dynamic team in Streetsboro, OH, 44241. If you have a passion for precision welding and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on stainless steel while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities- Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel ensuring high-quality welds.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Set up welding equipment and maintain tools in good working condition.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving welding issues as they arise.
- Proven experience as a MIG and TIG Welder.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks effectively.
