HRIS Analyst

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our HR technology platforms in a fast-paced, multi-business environment. This role will be responsible for HR systems administration, reporting, data analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives. A key focus of this position will be supporting the organization's ongoing transition from UKG to Rippling , with implementation already underway and full migration expected by July 2027 . Responsibilities Analyze large HR data sets and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. Administer and support HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, and performance management platforms. Maintain data integrity, system security, and reporting accuracy. Create reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR leadership. Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements. Support HR technology projects, system enhancements, integrations, and implementations. Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 3-5+ years of HRIS experience. Rippling experience strongly preferred. If no Rippling experience, prior UKG experience is required. Experience with HRIS reporting, data analysis, and system troubleshooting. Strong Excel and reporting skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
