Custodian Floor Care

$20.82 per hour | Free Meals! Era Living is seeking a part‑time Custodian Floor Care to become the newest member of our Housekeeping team located in our Lakeshore community in Renton/South Seattle, WA. Available shifts will be scheduled Saturday - Monday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM. Competitive Compensation/Benefits Package Includes: 401(k) retirement plan with generous company match (eligibility contingent on age requirement) 1 hour vacation for every 37.15 hours paid to start (eligibility: regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours, but less than 32) Double pay for holidays worked 1 hour paid sick time for every 40 hours worked Employee Assistance Program Longevity bonuses Employee discount programs Primary Responsibilities: This role performs day‑to‑day housekeeping functions and specific assigned tasks which includes cleaning, washing, polishing, sanitizing, and disinfecting common areas & floors in the community.
