Responsibilities

• Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
• Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) to verify system requirements and stakeholder expectations
• Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to improve software development and delivery efficiency
• Managing client relationships and anticipating their needs to deliver quality solutions
• Navigating complex situations and using critical thinking to break down complex concepts
• Collaborating with teams to generate new ideas and solve problems using a broad range of tools and methodologies
• Upholding professional and technical standards to maintain quality and compliance within projects
• Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for software development projects

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in Software Engineering for each missing year of college is required
• At least 2 years of experience

• In at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Systems Analysis, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in JavaScript and React Native
• Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices
• Applying analytical thinking to solve complex software challenges
• Developing applications using Flutter and Kotlin
• Managing client relationships effectively in a technology-driven environment

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
