Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs and develop an effective treatment strategy.
• Create and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and challenges, continuously adapting strategies as needed.
• Facilitate a variety of counseling sessions, including individual and group therapy, employing appropriate techniques and interventions to address complex mental health issues.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for each client.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, clinical supervision, and case conferences to refine and enhance therapeutic skills and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a substantial sign-on bonus.
