Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Construction based in Roanoke, TX. The Director of Construction will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, procurement, and cost management. The role involves collaborating with engineers, architects, landscape architects, custom home builders and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Daily tasks include developing schedules, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, change orders, and resolving any issues that arise during construction. Qualifications Skills in Budgeting and Cost Management Experience in Procurement of construction materials Proficiency in Construction management with high-end swimming pool projects ranging from $150,000 - $1mm Strong leadership and team management abilities - "that's not my job" mentality are not the type of people we want on our team Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
