B.H. Inc. is actively hiring a full-time Welder Fitter for our Pleasant View, Utah facility. Shift & Compensation Details

• Schedule: Swing / Night Shift - Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM (with occasional overtime on Friday or Saturday).
• Pay Rate: $20 – $30/hour (starting wage reflective of experience and weld test performance).
• Benefits: Weekly direct deposit, comprehensive health/dental/vision/life coverage, 401(k) company matching, and PTO.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Ideally 5+ years of shop fitting and welding experience (prior work with ASME, API vessels/tanks, or pipe spools is strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated skill producing X-Ray and Visual quality welds on Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, and various Alloys across different processes/positions.
• Strong blueprint reading capabilities and exact assembly fitting skills.
• Hands-on experience preparing and operating standard shop machinery.
• Successful completion of an in-person weld test.
