WilsonTech Services, leaders in fleet maintenance and repair, are on the lookout for an entry-level Automotive Technician I with a focus on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicle inspections and maintenance. Visit us @
Responsibilities:
- Conduct BIT/DOT inspections and diesel smoke opacity testing
- Perform oil changes, lubrication work, and routine maintenance
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues and contribute to the repair process
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and service intervals
Qualifications:
- Fundamental knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance
- Eagerness to acquire hands-on experience in a broad spectrum of vehicle services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow stringent safety and service protocols
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required
Requirements:
- Tool Provision : No personal tools required; all equipment and tools for the job provided by WilsonTech Services.
- Driving Record : Must possess a clean driving record.
- Vehicle Operation : Ability to drive a range of vehicles including medium and heavy-duty classes (Class-A not required).
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Preferences:
- Certification from a vocational school or technical college is a plus.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to manage heavy equipment and work in various positions.
- Capable of lifting 50lbs+.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturday's.
