Medical Receptionist / Admin

Immediate Medical Receptionist/Admin contract opportunity at our Corporate Health Center in Groton, CT.
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr Work Schedule:- 6:45am - 3:15pm (Monday to Thursday)
- 5:45am - 2:15pm (Friday)
- Assignment is through 8/29/26 (possible extension)
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Patient Check in and check out
- Preparing patient charts for visits
- Contacting insurance companies for referrals and authorizations
- Faxing/scanning
- Handling administrative tasks for multiple physicians
- EMR experience required, Epic experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills
- Can multitask and work efficiently in a busy practice
- Knowledge of medical terminology
