Premium Mortgage Corporation is seeking a Renovation Underwriter to evaluate risk and make credit decisions on renovation loan applications. This role requires in-depth knowledge of mortgage underwriting principles and experience with FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and VA guidelines. The candidate will review credit files, assess project feasibility, and ensure compliance with agency requirements.
