Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Temple, TX We’re seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Temple, Texas . This role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on support to patients in their rehabilitation journey while working alongside experienced Physical Therapists and an interdisciplinary care team. Location: Temple, TX Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Schedule: Full-time (hours may vary by facility) Requirements Active Physical Therapist Assistant License (Texas) BLS certification (required) New graduates accepted ; SNF experience preferred Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.) Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility assistance Monitor and document patient progress and report updates to supervising PTs Educate patients and families on safe movement techniques and exercises Ensure compliance with facility standards and state practice guidelines Support patient recovery goals with compassion and professionalism Highlights 13-week contract assignment SNF setting with supportive rehab team New grads welcome — great opportunity to build hands-on experience Chance to make a direct impact on patient quality of life Why Temple?
