What You'll Do Build, maintain, and improve financial models that support plant operations and business strategy Analyze financial, operational, and budget data to help leadership make informed decisions Prepare reports and presentations for plant management and ownership groups Learn the business from the inside out, including plant operations, maintenance, projects, and budgeting Partner with internal teams to identify process improvements and financial solutions Present financial strategies and business recommendations to stakeholders Help strengthen relationships between plant leadership and ownership through accurate reporting and communication What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field 2+ years of financial analysis experience preferred (recent graduates with exceptional internships or relevant experience are encouraged to apply) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with financial modeling and data analysis Strong presentation and communication skills Someone who enjoys learning complex operations—not just analyzing numbers Comfortable presenting information to executive leadership and diverse stakeholder groups Self-motivated, analytical, and eager to grow Preferred Qualifications Dual degree or coursework in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management Experience working with budgets, forecasting, or operational analytics Background in manufacturing, industrial operations, utilities, engineering, or energy is a plus Compensation & Benefits $70,000–$80,000 base salary 12% Short-Term Incentive Bonus Outstanding benefits package, generous relocation Long-term career advancement opportunities Exposure to executive leadership and ownership groups Opportunity to develop both financial and operational expertise Why This Opportunity Stands Out This isn't a back-office analyst position.
